In a savory wine sauce enhanced with garlic and herb served with mashed potatoes, with grilled garden broccolini.

Pan seared wild salmon filet, served with asparagus, roasted rosemary potatoes in a piccata.

Fettuccine Pescatore

Two layers of espresso drenched sponge cake divided by mascarpone cream, dusted with cocoa powder.

Mango Sorbet

Chocolate Nocciola

Chocolate sponge cake dome filled hazelnut cream and topped with chocolate curls and cocoa powder. Served with choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream.
