I was fortunate enough that Cucina Venti catered a lunch at my office. The food was absolutely delicious! We had two salads; greens & apples and spinach & strawberries. Both had delicious add-ons such as blue cheese crumbles, walnuts, and a flavorful raspberry vinaigrette. The entrees were so amazing! I don’t typically eat seafood; however, the salmon was wonderful! Not fishy tasting at all. The other entrees, everyone else not only enjoyed, but were raving about, as well as I; Harris Ranch short ribs, chicken breast, and mushroom ravioli. The short ribs were devoured the quickest. They were well-cooked and so flavorful. The chicken breast was slightly breaded and so moist and tender. I have not had such artfully cooked chicken breast in a long time. I’m not a huge fan of mushrooms, but the mushroom ravioli was so delicious that I couldn’t help myself. There was a marsala cream sauce with some cheese, and it was much more impressive than I had anticipated.
I would absolutely go to this restaurant and order any of their menu items again. Every dish I tried was high in quality and flavor.
